How’s everyone doing? Have you all recovered from that head-rolling Pretty Little Liars summer finale yet? It’s okay, we haven’t either; “The DArkest Knight” wreaked havoc on our emotions and we don’t know if we’ll ever be the same again, especially after watching Jenna shoot Spencer and Noel Kahn accidentally decapitate himself on a giant ax. That being said, we all deserve a treat at this point: seeing as how season 7B premieres in April 2017 (!!!) here’s a much-needed sneak peek video to tide you over until the show returns with its final ten episodes. Keep scrolling for the full breakdown!

We start off with someone the past 150 episode’s greatest hits. Just in case you forgot how utterly terrifying this show can be, let this promo remind you with flashes of scenes like this-

Hanna seems like she’s having trouble believing that their lives have gotten even more insane and horrifying exclaiming “this isn’t happening” with her hands thrown own to her sides. Can you blame the girl? She recently saw a man get beheaded (R.I.P. Noel Kahn). Ali is definitely not here to baby anyone and she’s definitely not into denial because she firmly and semi-brutally reminds Hanna that this is absolutely happening.

Don’t worry, it’s not all bad news in this video. We get a quick shot of Spencer being wheeled through a hospital which means she’s still alive! Live, girl! Your friends need you and we all still have a lot of unresolved Spoby feelings! (Speaking of Officer Cavanaugh, his fate is still up in the air. He does not make an appearance in this promo.)

Moving right along; Aria seems like she wants to talk about Noel’s epic and terrifying demise but Emily is not up for that horrifying conversation. She immediately pumps the breaks and pleads with Aria not to “say it out loud yet.” The trailer then offers us a glimpse of Em and Aria conducting some top-notch detective work on a laptop and Aria casually pulling a knife on someone, then we quickly make our way to Jenna Marshall.

Ms. Marshall is standing in what looks like a doctor’s office, telling someone, rather desperately, that she “needs to tell someone what happened.” Is she about to confess to at least 18 different crimes? YIKES! Probably not the best idea she’s ever had.

In other news, Hanna has her hands on a sharp blade dripping with blood, aka just another day in her life.

After seven hellish years of being hunted and tormented, Aria wants out of this nightmare. (It’s about time, girl.)

Emily — a girl whose eggs were stolen, father died, and living room destroyed by a car — can’t believe things are actually getting worse. We are right there with you, lady. (Side note- is that Spencer alive and standing up in the corner of this picture?!? #WishfulThinking)

And this will certainly come as NO surprise to viewers: A.D. is ready to go another round. Shudder!

As the Liars (sans Spence) sit around and try to figure out how their lives have gotten this scary, exhausting, and truly out of control, Emily realizes A.D. wants them to play. Hanna, being PLL’s unexpected voice of reason, immediately correct her friend. “No Em,” she points out, “it wants to play with us.”

Anyway, dolls, the final episodes of Pretty Little Liars start back up in April 2017. While the super long wait is going to be agonizing, at least we have plenty of time to dissect old episodes for clues and form even more intricate “Who is Uber A?” theories. Watch the official promo for PLL Season 7B below, then hit the comments telling us who you think the girls’ latest mystery assailant is — and whether you think Toby, Spencer, and Yvonne will pull through!

Pretty Little Liars airs Tuesdays on Freeform at 8/7c.
